It's bittersweet.
I used to talk to a girl online that was a few years younger than me every single day. She was my site's super moderator, but I'd known her for long before that. I considered her like a younger sister. We laughed, cried, and shared so much together.
Shortly after our site shut down, we lost touch. The last I'd heard about her is that she was 17, pregnant, and her dad had kicked her out of the house (loooong story, he'd wanted her out way before that for seemingly no reason and they didn't get along). Thing is, she knew that it was going to be hard, but she was thrilled to be pregnant. She wanted and loved that baby girl more than anything in the world.
I've been looking everywhere trying to get in touch with her. Everywhere. For months. Well, I finally found her Facebook page again. I was sooo thrilled. Until I realized that her baby died just recently. No clue how old the baby was. I know that she was somewhere between 4-6 months old. I'm assuming a SIDS death as I haven't talked to her yet.
I'm heartbroken for her because this girl has been through so much pain already and she wanted that child more than anything in the world. :(
