Thats all important but if you cant last on the pitch for more than 5 minutes without collapsing youre pretty much useless. And this guy im talking about had very bad movement and ball control so thats just another reason for me to be pissed

I understand how you feel. Whenever you do a good job in things, people assume that makes it okay to ignore you until you do a bad job. Yeah, it sucks. There isn't much you can do about it though except quitting the team, but I doubt you want to do that.
