I can't cope with this shit anymore.
All I think about is fricking cutting and I know it's not good for me I just can't go a day without the shit.

Yeah Ruby. Don't cut, as tempting as it is. There are better ways to release your anger, sadness, and depression.

I would strongly consider doing something you enjoy doing, and remove all sharp/pointy objects from within your reach.

I know that it's really hard to stop ,but you have to do it ! Like it is saying previously ,try to release your feelings with a better way ,without hurt yourself !
