Yeah so they were pissed that I missed yesterdays practice to get caught up with my homework(i havent had c's since first grade and i wasn't to happy about it) Last night my 'captian' got pissed at ME for seeing the bigger picture. If I got bellow a D or stayed at C's my mom was making me quit. And since I missed yesterdays practice i was supposed to miss these two next games. Well coach calls me asking if I got alot done today and how its all a learning experience trying to balance school and sports. She also said I was playing Varsity and JV today.
One thing I hate about the team is they speak the obvious. All day they where telling me on facebook we need you and it isnt fair to us that you didnt come.. And all I said was it's not fair to myself down by sacrificing my grades to save goals for you. And it was either this way miss 2 games or miss the whole fucking season. Am I wrong for feeling that way!? I'm new to this and this was my first practice missed, and for a good reason. My mother was the one who called her and told her I was missing it for this reason. But yeah rants over. Thanks for reading I needed to get it off my chest. Wish me good luck in my varsity game. And I'm only playing half a JV (rules) so wish me half luck!

But I have to agree with you. Missing one practice is pretty small compared to missing the whole season. It's like people don't ever experience homework or bad grades. School should take precedence in my opinion, after all, people in my school used to get kicked off of the team for bad grades.
