Aw, Thank you Munni. It really means a lot to me. Don't worry I'm not going to stop giving advice or anything, this is just stuff ive had the side for awhile that's been bothering me.

Kate, you should never have to apologize for sharing your feelings.

I, too, have felt like this for years, suffocated by the fact that I worry about every single thing and that I stress myself to the point of not only being mentally, but physically ill. It feels like someone throwing you into the middle of the ocean with weights on your ankles. It's hard to rise above.

Same with the helping people. It doesn't matter what they have done to me, regardless of how many times they've stabbed me in the back. I help them, because I cannot sit and watch a person that needs help suffer, and yet, they stab me once more and the pain is hard to bear.

I just wanted to say that I can relate to you quite strongly on this and it won't ever be easy, but like Allan said: Don't give up. Easier said than done, I know, but you are too good and caring of a person to let go.

You will always have us here and it may not seem like it, but people do care about you, myself included. If you ever need to talk, you know where to find me! <3
