I've always romanticized the idea of love. Always, well, thought it was the answer to everything. It would be the key to my happiness. My heart would sing, the doves would fly, and then they would play an Indie song as she and I walk into the sunset.
I don't know anymore. All I know about love is the heartbreak. When I fall for someone, they don't catch me. All I know is that love is scary, foreign, unforgiving. I don't want to fall in love with someone who just thinks I'm a friend, I just want to be loved.
Can we really define love? Love can be but what we describe it. Love is a thousand birds singing life, as your heartstrings create the melody and your stomach is the performing act as it does a somersalt. All I know is that love builds tall for a long time, and then is destroyed in a single swoosh.

Well I know how you feel, I'm sick of relationships and love. Mostly cause I can't have whom I want. However, the love you're describing to me Ive been in but..idk, i don't think that's true love. Ive felt REAL love that could last a lifetime but it isn't so much all the mushy overrated stuff, It's more so your heart aches for that person, you'd give your life, you admire that person to the upmost. I know the love your describing and to me, it's way different then real love in my experience. When your in real love it's more mature and it's more about the other person rather then the way they make you feel..idk, it's hard to say really. But that's just how it is for me.. I don't want the overrated dove flying crap, i just want the best friend of my life, i admire everything he stands for, look at him with adoring eyes type love.. *shrugs*

Although, Love is what you make of it. I have a VERY romantic view of Love aswell, and I take it seriously. Yes, with love may come heartbreak and agony, but also, Love brings much more positivety. It brings care, it brings confidence, etc etc.
Of course, Love isin't the solution to everything, at all. But, it's good to give you a bit of a push forward. Although, it just might be dangerous to engage in it when you've got no other sources of positive power to back you up.
Regardless, don't deprive yourself from feeling it, friend.
