I arranged to go to the park with two of my friends today and some others - M and K were supposed to call for me. K was supposed to meet M at her house, but she didn't turn up, and M was late to call for me. I rang her and it seemed like she had forgotten/didn't know to call for me. She arrived with G and she said we were going to some boy who I didn't know's house, but we were going to the park first. More/different people were supposed to be coming than who I thought. When we got to the park, there were some boys there but we didn't go over to them and they left. There was an annoying girl from our school who had come to and G and M didn't want to hang around with her, so we ran away from her. After that, 3 boys (I think they were supposed to meet them) saw us and asked G if she was coming to his house. I told G and M that I was going home because I didn't want to go to some random's house - I didn't know them. On the way home, there were two girls on the other side of the road (I think from my school, and I'm sure I know who one of them was) and one of them said "Eww. Ugly" and something else that I didn't hear. I consider myself ugly anyway, and that's a really rubbish and impersonal insult, so I'm not really offended, but I hate bullies and wish people would just leave me alone. It's pathetic because I'm not nearly as ugly as that skank. Basically, going out was crap and a waste of time. And now I've seen on facebook that G is in the park with M o.o

Haha, it was sort of funny I suppose.. They didn't want her to come but someone else had invited her, I think, even though it was only us three there at the time. They just said run, so I ran with them.

To be honest, i don't feel bad they called you ugly. You're complaining about them being bullies and rude and everything and yet you and your friends ditched another girl who, as far as she knew was invited. So yeah, what goes around comes around.

NOT, screaming at them is more likely to make them stop actually, no retaliation= no entertainment.
Yeah, screaming would just make them laugh and do it again..

Well yeah, it wasn't nice to do that, but at the time it was just what happened :/

Yes, you didn't do anything to the girl who called you names, but neither did the girl at the park even if you don't like her. Yes, it sucks both ways, neither ways was the right way but I can't help but not pity you any when you come on here and say it was sorta funny.. That girl probably felt like crap and an outcast just like those girls calling you ugly made you feel.
So....either way sucks, but just know it's not that hard to be mean, you did something mean as well.. It happens easily so everyone should be more careful.

You hate bullies, but instead of trying to be nice to the girl you didn't like, you caved into your friend's bullying tactics and ran away from her so you didn't have to include her.
Exclusion is still a form of bullying kid.
You're no better than the girl who called you ugly.
