I'm so tired of being yelled at or talked back to. You've no idea how annoying it is. In the work place there are 3 people who have the right and authority to yell at me. My GM and the two owners. EVERYONE ELSE BACK THE HELL OFF.

I don't need the opening manager yelling at me when I walk in the door about the broken washing machine. I don't need that manager to tell me that if she comes in monday to find it broken again the repair bill is going to the closing manager. LADY I DIDN'T EVEN CLOSE LAST NIGHT. BACK THE F*$@ OFF ME. Not to mention you have no right to even say that. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE.

And then, to have regular team members talk back to me. Its getting incredibly annoying. Don't tell me how to do my job, don't try to run my shift for me... AND DON'T EVER TRY AND LECTURE ME AND CORRECT ME. You don't get to do that. Only my superiors have that right. The next fool who tries it will find themselves sent home. I'm so tired of it.

A little respect is all I ask. I don't give a flying fuck what you think outside of work. But when we're in that building and you're on the clock: I'm the manager and you're the fucking team member.

Heh. I snapped my manager swipe card in half. Good thing duck tape is amazing. But it makes my card bulky and difficult to swipe in the registers. ><

How do you know that they guy is even a bit arrogant?

Plus, humility doesn't mean to let other people tell you what to do when you have been chosen to be their manager/supervisor for a reason, like you really are superior to them in that certain field of work! or you will be treated by them as a moron!

I agree with Abdullah here, if that is the message Dustin is sending. Since David has worked hard to attain his current position, people need to respect him.
