Right I don't know if I can swear here, if I can't you can delete this.. Well grrrrrrrr fucking hell!!! My school actually takes the piss. I Can't do NONE of my fucking coursework for my GCSE's... I'm struggling in ERIC (formerly R.E) and Also in Geography, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.. NONE of it goes into my fucking head and I feel like jumping on the railway track!!!! I do Maths Booster Sessions (EXAM NEXT WEDNESDAY FML!!!!!) and in Chemistry the other day, We was doing a question on a exam paper, I didn't understand ANY of it, so I just screwed it up, at end of the lesson the teacher said to me stuff like, 'I give up too easy' blah blah blah, but it is true, so then he said would I like extra lessons, so I said yes, so on Tuesdays I do that now.. and then after I talked to him, I went to next lesson (maths) and I felt like CRYING because I couldn't understand NONE of it, but I managed to do it.. and also then after my Maths Booster Session I went to Geography for help with my homework, she wasn't even there!!!! got me REALLY MAD!! then I went to Biology for help with my home work, 4:10pm, I asked her could I have any help or am I too late? she said to me 'Are you joking Amy?' but she was messing so I sat down and she helped me, but then today we had Biology, I got a B in the test paper thingy what I needed help on, so I was proud of that, Oh, also in Geography today, she gave me a detention for not doing my homework, I bloody went to find her so she could help me but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! also my Bullying seems to be coming back, I feel like punching the window/wall or jumping on the railway track! I'm just too stressed and everything!!
Ugh, that sucks. I would also be extremely annoyed if the teacher wasn't there. But when you're doing tests like in Chemistry, you can't just screw it up - even if you don't understand it, just try to find something you understand and try your best to answer it. You may not get it right, but at least you will have tried. Try your best not to give up too easily, because giving up won't solve everything. You have to keep on trying and believe that you can do it, and you will improve. Try to calm down and not to be stressed - maybe do something relaxing to take your mind off things for a while. I'm very sorry about the bullying - you should tell someone about it. Also, see my advice on your other topic. I really hope you get this sorted.

Really that is fucked up, the teacher should be there to help, I fucking hated GCSEs, but try to work through things piece by piece, until you understand it all, you could also ask friends/parents for help. Just think, in 2 years you'll be wondering what all the fuss was about.

A possible reason why it doesn't stick in your head is because you are stressed and worried that it won't, try to calm down and just focus on what you want to learn, that may help.
Also take breaks, you can't learn everything at once, that's why lessons are an hour long, my biology teacher at college said that concentration starts to drop after 9 minutes, anything after an hour is futile, you just won't absorb anymore information, good luck.

I agree with Matt, you need to take a break from revision at times. I know it is stressful and hard but if you over do yourself then you will remember nothing. Take a day off from all revision so that you and your mind can relax, if you revise constantly you'll become more stressed at which point you'll learn nothing.
The best revision tip I have is to use colours. The brain finds it hard to absorb just plain black words on a white page as they all blur together but if you use multiple colours then it breaks everything up so that the brain can absorb it better, plus it looks cool
SO on the weekend go get some multicoloured fineline pens to write with. also if you just copy directly from a text book you'll never learn it but if you write it in your own words you'll learn it much quicker. I did this for my GCSE's and it helped alot

The font is so large I didn't even bother to.
"If I do good, people might accuse me of selfish, ulterior motives, but I will still do it. Because I believe no one is malicious, not in their core, in their raw being.
The best in them is clouded by sorrows and fears, take those away and you'll bring out the brightest of lights in them.
Because no one can be happy without being kind, without giving ourselves to another, and we all love to give ourselves, it is our true nature.
That is why, even if I might get disappointed, I'll always give the best I've got. A single candle can light a thousand others and still burn." - Skezra
Well, sorry the fonts too big. Its not my fault I'm half blind and struggle to see smaller stuff..
Thanks for this everybody! I was in Maths today, and I said to the teacher 'None of this is going into my head!' and she went 'what? with all the noise?' and I said 'partly, none of its just getting into my head!!' and she just said to me, 'Amy calm down, take deep breaths' and at the end of the lesson, I grabbed a whole load of past exams, and she said to me 'Calm down, take deep breaths' and I'm like, 'I can't do it' and then she said 'You are better than you think, Amy... you can do it' and then I said 'No I can't!' and then she said 'Do it for me?' and I looked up and she gave me a nice smile.. I felt like crying :(
I've got 18 test papers to revise on, about 6 sheets and loads of others
