Okay so, I didn't even have a bad day. Seeing as it was my birthday and everything was going great. But there is a downside, my closet longest friend has been pissy with me for the past week, ignoring me etc, and she is also fighting with one of my other friends. So, we were in town for my birthday, she got me a little gift, claimed she had no money, then she bought two huge subways. I didn't mind, its the thought that counts, but then she starts randomly crying, won't tell me whats wrong and has her sister come tell me she's going home. Now all of a sudden shes texting me loads, telling me how sorry she is etc. I really don't know if I even have the right to be annoyed and ignore her like she did to me, because she cried and something is obviously wrong. Argh, its hard to be sympathetic when you're furious. I guess the fact she left my birthday, and never anyone else's, is what hurt.

Be a friend and comfort her.

Forgive and forget.
She still got you a little gift so clearly she still cares, be there for her.

Maybe she's just having a hard time at home. She might be having a conflict with herself, too. I'd say that even though it's hard, try not to be angry or annoyed with her. It seems like you have no idea what's wrong, so maybe she's acting the way she is because of a problem she's having.

Get a pencil, eraser and a paper.
Draw a line with the pencil. That line now resembles your angry feelings and the situations. Now grab the eraser and erase that line. You have a clean paper now.

Moral: With best friends and people we truly care about it's better to not leave those marks in our hearts and lives. Because they will accumulate, so always delete each mark as it comes and start fresh.

Your friend might have a rough life, maybe she can't tell or doesn't want to tell anyone and the fact that she apologized and texted you loads means that she cares about you.

Forgive her, and try to comfort her.
