I'm having one for Christmas, i see it as if you use it and don't drop it/whatever then phones are ok, i've had my phone for 2 years, no problems

I have a blackberry ( I use it for BBM and phone calls only ) and I haven't had any problems with it so far. I also have a Samsung Galaxy S ( u gotta admit android is the best ) which I use for the rest of my cell phone uses, applications, browsing.. etc.

I agree, Blackberrys are shit. I can't wait until my contract runs out in February so I can get an iPhone!

The only good thing about them is BBM, and that's half decent.
