Not everything is beautiful. Holy shit join reality.
......Well technically you could argue that since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that there are some sick fucks out there, that people could possible find those things beautiful. No one sane, mind you.
But everyone has a different idea of what beauty is, no matter how warped that idea may be.
And I don't think that's what it's even supposed to mean. When one says everything/everyone is beautiful I don't think they are talking about things like that. I believe they are talking about people first and foremost. I do not believe it is literal either way... rather, I believe they are speaking about the majority of things. Because with the majority of things you can find beauty in. However, there are exceptions to everything.
Most people are beautiful in their own way and most things are beautiful in their own way. As people we tend to not like thinking about negative things so most things can translate into everything, even if we don't literally mean everything.
Also, when I say everyone is beautiful, I'm talking about your everyday person. Not some psychopathic monster. Truth be told, virtually everyone is beautiful in their own right. Be it in looks or in personality. Some people are just total monsters.
But hey, people are not talking about the whacked out people who are sadistic monsters. Generally when people are talking about things like this, they're talking about everyday stuff and people. Basically, they're not talking about the exception.
Still, since beauty is in the eye of the beholder... I'm sure there are people out there who could find the beauty in any of the things you listed. That wouldn't make them any less disturbed, mind you, I'm just saying that they could. Beauty is simply a matter of opinion, beauty can be darkness or light, beauty can be evil or good, beauty can be perverted or the norm.
However I must say you've got some serious Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking going on there... I mean how dare you put Cannibalism up there with Bieber! That is the evil of all evils. Bieber... *glares*
Not that I'm agreeing with anything one way or the other, just so you know. I'm simply stating how people tend to think, and that beauty is a matter of opinion. And sometimes and opinion can be rather dark when it comes to beauty.

You're only looking at acts not the people themselves. When people say there can be beauty found even with those acts, it makes sense. Because either the person was born with a messed up brain or disorder or something, sociopath from birth. Or something happened in that person's life to make them change. So... When you look at it raw without emotion there IS beauty and a real person under all those disgusting things. Before something change. People who often grow up to be rapists or gangs etc had them changed to do those things because of other people or environment, they're not born that way. something made them that way.
