You know, you've accused me of not taking the initiative to learn new things and to help out with different aspects of running the store.

You ignore the fact that I've essentially taken over our hiring process; our orientation of new hires; all of our P.O.P. shit that corporate likes sending; our feedback nonsense; and I've even attempted to tackle different projects given to me by the GM.

I've continually asked you to learn new things. I've asked to learn how to do the order; I asked all summer long to be enrolled in different management classes that corporate offers throughout the year...

There's an "I" in initiative yes. But I can only go so far when you seem to not give a shit and do your end of the bargain. I need to be trained or enrolled into things. I can't just magically know this shit on my own.

So don't you dare ever tell me theres an "I" in initiative again, you presumptive prick. Or I'm finally liable to go off on you.

I've wanted to learn how to do something at work for almost 6 months now. I asked today if he'd train me (finally) and he flat out said, "no".

Its okay. I'm over it now. Not getting hung up on the little shit anymore.
