I'm 14, this girl I'm good friends with is 15 turning 16 this year (I turn 15 NEXT year). She likes me and is really keen on going out. She goes to my sister school just down the road and lives in my local area. This would be the first time we go out outside of school. I am worried bought the age gap though? is it too much to be socially acceptable? soz about the length but it all seems relevant to me!

I don't think there's anything wrong with an age gap like that. It's not that big at all really and if you both like each other then that's all that matters. I think you should go along with it and just focus on having a good time with each other.

There is certainly nothing wrong with that age gap, it's very small, and I'm sure that nobody will mind the gap. Just see how things go with her and have a good time.

I agree with the others, dude if you both like eaach other, you should'nt worry about trivial matters such as ages. Love is what it is, not who or what you are.

I agree with everyone else! I don't thin that its a problem... I mean between my parents is 4 years... OK I know its not the same but the point is, if you love someone, you love them and that's it! Age, Looks, height, weight, etc... shouldn't matter because when your in love that's all that counts

2 Years is nothing. Girls that are like 16 going out with like 27 year old man is wrong but 14 and 16 is nothing =]
