I have nothing against them,, just the fact that they think they are better than everyone, and they are wrong.

I respectfully disagree. That's like saying "it doest matter what you look like, it's your inner values that count". Would be nice if it was true, but reality begs to differ :/

Arrogance depends on who you are talking about. Not where they come from. I mean that's like saying all Canadians are passive-aggressive and holier-than-thou rude sons of bitches.
I mean really, what a vast unintelligent comment to make. It matters not where the person comes from but rather the person themselves.

I mean really. It's horribly appalling to base everyone off a stereotype. We just saw some arrogance here, but I can assure you - it wasn't American.

And now I'm beginning to think the passive-aggressive stereotype of Canadians is true.

Hypothetically speaking, what if an American was all this? I mean are you really gonna let such a good catch go just because he lives in America? I mean really, that's a huge bias if I ever saw one.

well when i mean american, i mean a person from the USA.
and when i speak of them, i speak of them in general. sure maybe not all of them are like that.

sure maybe an american will be all that, but there are also negative points the guys come with, that's just probably the stuff i look for in a guy. maybe an american could have all that and be, say, ignorant, rude, disrespectful, etc.. i'm not saying they are but i the ones i've met so far are ignorant and rude, and i've met about 7 of them.
the philippines used to be a common wealth and there is a number of americans here.

and sure it doesn't matter where they come from, but the mentality, opinions, the "universe" they live in kind of depend on the country their from or live in, the culture they grow up in.

and am i "overbearing pride evidenced by a superior manner toward inferiors"

no, i'm not saying they are inferior, but they tend to think that they are superior to every other country
