I'm sort of seeing this boy. We were texting a lot last week and I ended up going round his house on Friday and we had sex. Now he will just randomly text me, and then just completely randomly stop texting and then start again a few days later. But before we used to text loads and he would always reply, and he would say he loves me in almost every single message. What could this mean? Was he only after sex?...

Sounds like it to me.
Otherwise he would keep texting you and keep telling you he loves you.

He still says he loves me just not as much.

(He doesn't TELL me as much)

Some people use the world "love" easily. What counts is actions.

Ask him what's going on. It might be that he's having other things at home to deal with or something and he needs a little bit of space. Or it could be something to do with the sex. You won't know for sure until you ask him. But don't mention the sex though. Say something like "Last week we texted all the time, but now we don't. Is everything OK?" If he gives you crap it probably means he was in it for the sex I'm afraid.

Yes, he was only after sex. And when he wants some more, his texting will pick up heavily or if you ask him "what's going on", he'll start texting a little more, but it'll die down soon.
