Knowing somebody for a long time doesn't mean that you're going to run out of things to talk about. Think about the sort of relationship you have with your mates - you've probably known at least one of them for a long time, and as time goes on and you get past phatic talk, you just talk. About friends, family, music, the news, things you're looking forward to, things that have been troubling you, what you got up to on the weekend ...
Life's always going to give you new topics because everything constantly changes! If you're really worried that you won't be able to formulate a conversation that naturally, you could always talk about the things you've been up to whilst you've been away from one another, or one of your hobbies. Something that encourages her to ask questions and be interested.

STOP. ARE YOU READING THE ABOVE POST?
If not, do it. I'm beginning to get the impression that 50% of TF is populated by literate parrots/sentient mirrors.

^This. Golly, Bambi, marry me!
Also, keep in mind that girls never, ever run out of things to talk about, it's in the strands of their DNA!
Seriously, part of being in a good relationship is that you don't need to always be chattering away. the real fun is just being together...and sometimes that's in complete and total silence. as long as it's not deafening, you're OK...the fact that you're there with her will be enough.
When people are together, they find more and more things to talk about.
When I'm with someone I know well, and we can't find anything to talk about, it's not that we've run out of subjects. It's because we're both aware that we need to talk about some subject, which we don't want to talk about.
Mr. Spock is right. If you ask girls about certain things, you'll never hear the end of it. Ask questions, respond to the answers, and relate to what she says.
