Well you seem like the kind of person in real life that I would try to ignore because I'm guessing you are also cocky and arrogant, not only narcissistic.
Anyway I know quite a bit of stuff regarding exercise because I have been researching almost every day for months and working out myself testing out various exercises. My mom was also a personal trainer for years and she taught me A LOT.
Alright, so you are built, but far from ripped. You definetely need to change up your workouts every 4 weeks atleast otherwise your muscles will get accustomed to the repeated movements and you won't gain any benefits. Also you probably already know this but take Whey protein in a drink 30 minutes before working out and within 30 minutes after working out. Gold Standard is the best brand by far. Also if you want to take bodybuilding seriously you will need to work out at least 2 hours a day. You will need to have a diet of certain types of foods and I personally suggest drinking a cup of green tea with every meal, it burns fat like nothing else. Truly a one of a kind thing that many don't know about. You look like you need to work on your abs and your arms. They look pretty scrawny compared to the rest of your body.
Also take my information with a grain of salt, I'm a fighter (boxing and MMA) but not a bodybuilder so I do much different workouts. I suggest researching bodybuilding, if you are truly devoted then you must be willing to do so.
