Hey need advice please. Im trying to be a hot guy so I need to know which muscles to work on.

K im not that buff yet because im just a noob at bodybuilding. If your a dude (ummm well girls can if they want) I can tell you my workout that im doing but im not really buff. The only thing im good at is pull ups, can do like 18 from a dead hang with perfect form slowly. Not that great but when I first started I could only do like 10. I was gonna put like 100 pics on here but first of all TMI don't wanna show my race to random ppl unless you talk to me on aim or something.

Anyways I need advice on if I look good or not.

Ok well im kind of shy.

First off all these forums seem kinda quiet, like not alot of people on talking but it says 393 people are online.

I got dumped by my gf.
So then I go and meet this new girl and she is not my girlfriend but my nurse. She is so awesome but she gets busy sometimes and my college didnt start yet so im so bored.

Most of those will be either BOTS or Guests, neither of which can post on the forum.

The forum is active but people not always on at the same time.

I fail to see how any of this is relevant to this thread.

We've been getting a few of these guy "Rate me" threads, and I think the common reaction here is based on the level of self absorption and narcissism that they represent. !3 y/o's are insecure and need reassurance, older guys should have a tad more self confidence in themselves based only on them being teens a bit longer and getting used to it.

If you're not adjusting to adolescence and all those changes, the opinions of a bunch of strangers won't help...or at the very least, shouldn't!.

Go out, enjoy your life, and work on those qualities that girls really admire, the ones that you can't see, but can feel very strongly.

As for what Spock said you are right, I am pretty self centered and narcissistic. I won't lie, that is the truth. I will try to explain it. Most girls I have gotten to know like hot boys, they like funny boys, they like intresting boys and the like boys who are smart and have money. I want to be loved the way I see these girls love these boys and because of this I try to live up to the standards that they set.

Deep down I am hurting and insecure and I feel like I have an empty void and I attempt to fill out by trying to make myself look as attractive as I possibly can so I can find a nice girl who will tell me that I look good and stay with me and not dump me for another guy. Every relationship I have been in the girl gets to make the choices, she decides when were dating and she decides when its over and break ups just hurt me so bad and the last one I had something in me just snapped after that.

I was so close to her, I felt like she was the only one who understood me, the only one I could truly confide in and pour out my heart and soul to. Sometimes I just don't feel like other people get me all the time. I know I got problems but really who does not? Who is completly perfect? I mean yeah I am working on it, im working on not being so self centered because the world does not revolve around me and other people matter too.

Anyways if you guys are into bodybuilding and weightlifting I would really like to know what routines you do! I started this new awesome routine but I modified it a little bit and I will probably modify it again and milk it until it stops working.

Right not I do 4 workouts a week, two upper body and two lower body.

I think you look really great. Your arms could be a bit bigger and your abs could be a bit more toned, but you look good now
