Say a nonsexual touch on the shoulder, arm, head, etc. I've heard that a guy won't touch a girl they dislike... so does a friendly touch means he likes her?

Depends. Not all men look at women just for sex

I can't think of any specific examples but I'm pretty sure I've touched girls before whom I liked only as a friend.

Though, obviously, it depends on where the guy touched the girl. If he went for a full-on grab of the breasts then he either likes her...or is just a pervert who needs to be taught a lesson of respect.

It also depends on the guy. But generally if someone touches you that means that they like you to some extent... as a friend.

It depends on what's typical for the guy.

A lot of guys touch not so much b/c of YOU, bit b/c of THEM...they just like/need to make contact that way. So, you have to take the behavior in context of that person to determine what it means.
