This girl I know for about some 4-5 years already, but we never talked to eachother too much. Yesterday I woke up with her becoming very friendly and close to me. We had quite a convo... I like her yet she told me she has her BF sick. Yet she still is very friendly with me. What should I do?

She prob just wants a close friend, be her friend.

Maybe she just needs a friend.
