Have you mum tell her what happened. You mum does believe you when you say you don't use drugs?

The best thing to do is just to speak to her and try and explain the situation. If she doesn't listen then she doesn't listen but you can still try. Act as grown up and mature as possible and if you to really like each other then this shouldnt split you guys up!(:
