Hi ive been going out with this girl for about 6 months now. Everything is great but there is one thing.. She's really needy

If im not with her she's constantly on the phone with me, asking if we can go out later on or the next day. This is every week, as I speak she has just text me for the third time since this morning.

I do like her but how to I tell her that I need some personal space and time to myself?

You just have to be open and honest and tell her you need your time too, that she can't be talking to you 24/7.

she tell her she very demanding and u need have your own time she isnt the only one your life , you spend time u mates

It takes time and experience to get that balance, and your g/f sounds like she's a little low on both...so be gentle here.

Reassure her by letting her know how much you like her and enjoy her *blah blah blah*.....and then let her know how often you usually connect.....like, once a day, or twice, or whatever works...and that it's harder for you to live your life and be active when the phone keeps going off, etc., so yo can't be answering it at those times.

tell her about it, but tell her very nicely, you don't want to hurt her feelings because sometimes the things that annoy you are the things you miss when they're gone, at least you know she likes you i guess? but yeah, just be really kind about it and tel her that you do really like her still (:
