What do girls look for in a man you ask?

Well, it's completely subjectional. It's like asking what's the best flavor of crisps, it depends on the girl, of course there may be some 'norms' and consistencies in preferences, but with 'rules' come exceptions, so kind of cancels them out.

Look at their personality and try to analyse them.

For me, there are lots of different things that I look for. But not everything has to be in one guy. Most guys aren't going to have everything that girls want. But still its good to have at least SOME expectations right?
I look for honesty, loyalty, trustworthy, nice, caring, compassionate, silly but serious, loving, and focused. Someone who isn't afraid to show me off to his friends, and he'd be proud to say that he is my boyfriend. (I hate secretive relationships)
I hate unequal relationships, too. He can't be the "leader" or "main person" in the relationship and neither can I. It's equal, not uneven that way we don't have tons of conflict.
So thats basically what I would look for! Looks are just a bonus! ;D
