Heartache is real bad and i know how you feel but slowly and steadly you have to try overcome these feelings it will not be easy but I think it is essential you respect the relationship don't let it ruin your friendship with either of them. You are young so there is plenty of life to live and more beautiful, caring and intelligent girls for you to fall in love with.

What helped me when i was in a somewhat similar situation is hanging around my family for a bit and around other friends until i had calmed down a bit.

I feel for you it is not easy but hang in there my friend.
