Well if it's a lover you can't take her opinion as legit if you've changed or not... That'll never be accurate when it comes to a romantic relationship.
From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.
Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3

This is the reason why I'm asking, because she has given reasons, such as I'm louder in class and stuff where as I used to be quiet, but she sits closer and I've always acted like this.

Maybe she's just paying more attention to the way you act in class and stuff

it's alright, to tell me
what you think, about me,
i won't try, to argue,
or hold it, against you.
Or maybe you have genuinely changed. It sounds a lot like what I used to be- however, nearly everyone who knew me when I was like in 7th and 8th grade has said I've changed. If its just her, I agree with Matt in saying that she probably just pays attention to you more.

When someone tells me I've changed, I usually take that as a "You've done something I don't approve of, therefore you are a completely different person to how I want you to be". Seriously, unless there's a genuine change in your attitude and interaction towards others, anyone who says "you've changed" are probably just irritated about something you did that doesn't suit them.
Or...ya'know...you can just ignore what people say about you in general.
