I think maybe you have confused her and given her false hope... she may of said she likes you as a friend but now she may have changed her mind.

Sit her down and talk to her about it, its the only way to sort this problem out I think

I agree with Barry. She may have said she liked you as a friend, but now she realises she likes you as more than a friend. If you really don't want to consider getting with her, then you just need to tell her straight up that her actions and attitude is bothering you.

If I was in your position, I'd try to get her somewhere private and try to tell her as nicely as you can that she has to stop. Don't bark at her and tell her she's screwing things up or anything, it'd be too harsh. Explain to her that what she's doing is inappropriate considering the sort of relationship you have/had. Again, try not to come off as angry or overly annoyed; maybe just a little concerned.
