Hi, got a problem here...

you see, there's this girl that recently i have realised I have a huge crush on. But the thing is, we have been friends for about a year and we hang out with all the same people and all, so i'm afraid if I do anything about it it'll end up being too complicated, but I really like her a lot. I've been thinking about talking to one of her best friends about it but I'm really not sure. What should i do?

normally when I am in that situation I would ask her mates but you have to becareful not to scare her off so sometimes it is best to wait it out and see if she makes any moves.

I think generally it's easy to tell, look out for obvious signs that she likes you too. If you do speak to her friend, don't go overboard when saying you like her, cuz it's very likely the friend will tell her straight away.

Flirt/talk to her alot more than usual. Make physical contact more, like, just hug her at appropriate times like when saying goodbye? Spend more time with her. She might take interest in you.

Just flirt a little show signs, see how she reacts. In this situation you wouldn't want to go to her friends in the group because then everyone will know and it will be awkward, if you kinda flirt, watch her reactions etc you can tell if she's into you, or not. and if she isn't you can back away before things get awkward. But even if you like her/talk to her about it most people would be cool with it, it wouldn't be too awkward.
