Yes, hes the boy i like > < I'm sure you have known guys who are like this too, right ? I just realized that whenever we're with others he always picks on me and dont talk to me nicely.(like sh*t,f*ck,stupid,etc.-.-) Only when we are alone or with her little sister he talks to me about his shoes , his skate, and things he likes. Do you (boys) act like this with girls you like ? There are many things that he does that make me think he likes me too,but i dont understand why he has to act like this. Does he do it cause he dont wanna let others know yet that likes me ,or he wanna make me confused or what ??
You'll find that alot of the time boys will tease and make fun of you in front of people and then once you're alone they might try being nicer. Usually this is because he's showing off in front of other people and when he's alone with you there's nobody to impress. He's not trying to be nasty, he's just trying to make himself look funny.
That, or he likes you. Boys are confusing.
Half the time he cares, half the time he doesn't. My friends know I care when it actually is something important, or even lesser. But I don't tolerate the stupid shit.

Girls think guys are so complex. We're really not.
