Realistically, I think they minimum a couple should speak is once a day. They shouldn't be clingy, but there definitely should be a lot of communication.

Try to get him to go out on a date, do something light and fun but have dinner afterward. That way you two can unwind, enjoy each others company more and then get him in a good mood before talking to him about his and how it bothers you. That way it doesn't seem bitchy that your just like hey wtf why arent you talking to me you __ xD He'll be more willing to listen and spend more time with you once he gets a reminder of hanging out with you and being a couple and that.

Skyrim was fun, but eventually he will get bored of it. If he really is ignoring you for the game, talk to him.
