At first that sounded like alot and it is but I definitely have been over 12 hours per day in the initial stages a few of my relationships.

Depends on the couple really.
I think that around 5 days a week at least, feeling obliged to talk to each other everyday could get a bit annoying.
But like I said, depends on the couple. You might want to talk everyday, you might not.

Whenever I'm going out with someone I talk to them everyday. Even if I don't have time to speak over the phone or see them I might just send them a little text or something

If I can talk to a person for a few hours about stuff we're both interested in then I sorta get attached to the person obviously. And if I know that before the feelings develop that I can talk to them for ages about anything at all so I don't see a reason why we shouldn't speak everyday.

I know that at some point people start to get annoyed if you don't give them any space, I've had girlfriends who used to always want to be with me and never let me do stuff on my own or with my friends, so I just make sure I never get to that point.

I don't think I've gone a single day not talking in some form. Some days more than others, but at the very least a few text messages every day.

Yeah, I think it depends of how you feel about you reationship. I don't like talking on the phone just to talk, so I almost never called my gf, but we get to talk to each other quite often. I don't think there should be a number of time you '' have to'' talk to you gf or bf in a week.

we talk regularly 2-4hr a day via txt, but I guess were not really "in" a relationship right now. Dont call because I get a rather shitty signal at my house. I try to make an effort to see her once every two weeks if not more and spend the whole day with her if possible.
