There's this girl, we kinda are dating, but at the same time we're not; it's really complicated, but that's not what this is about. We've been talking with each other for awhile, and we both really like each other. In fact we've already told each other that we love each other. Now i know what you're thinking, "but you're in high school you can't love anybody" i know i even brought that up to her when we said it.

The point is is that she asked me if i was a virgin, which i am and i responded truthfully. She then told me she was not. I asked her why she would tell me something so personal, and she said she wanted me to now what i was getting myself into. I told her i wasn't bothered by it, and asked her if i was supposed to be bothered by it. She said that most guys are when they hear of how many times she has had sex.
I asked her if this bothered her, and said "that if any guy was bothered by something like that than he was only after one thing."
i was trying to comfort her and figured the guy must not have wanted to have sex with a "promiscuous" girl. i didn't tell her that part of course.

she said that it bothered her a lot and that "no, he just didn't want to be seen with a whore"
i told her she wasn't a whore, and that i think we should talk about this in person (we were texting the whole time)
she said she would feel stupid talking about it in person.

i don't know what to say to convince her she's not a whore. i told her i wanted to talk in person so that i could comfort her with such a sensitive topic as discussion.

I don't know what to say so i said this:

"You know why I'm not bothered, because I'm mature enough to know that a person can have sex 1000 times, but it's only a physical act. It's making love that counts, and a person can't lose their virginity when it comes to love. Sex is just physical, it's the bond between the two people that make it special".

She hasn't texted me back, what do you think i should have said, or what i should say?

She: huh, what a relief.

You may well have to consider the fact that if she sleeps with loads of guys, she may well be a whore.

You've already told her haha. If she keeps going on about it then she's a stupid girl and you need to get rid of her.

She's not a whore.

She will either believe you or not. Tell her that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks because nobody else is dating her, and that nobody else has to know. You don't think she's a whore, and she can either reject that idea and be miserable, or accept that you like her for who she is, and be happy.

Zach's right. She'll either believe you or not. However, if she has fucked a lot of guys and has a rep as a whore, well, you can paint a fence any color, but its still a fence.
