the story is long but please read all of it.

it all started like this..

I have had this weird skin condition where when i stretch my mouth (poke my tongue towards my cheek while my mouth is open stretching the skin) i have skin-colored cluster of bumps around the borderline of lips especially around my mouth. Which it isnt noticable unless it's really sunny or my lips are dry like being stoned (cotton mouth) or cuz its been really cold out. But they are under the skin micro-tiny bumps and they are never inflamed and i never breakout they always remain the same except iv had this for like 7 months and it keeps gradually, slowly getting worst. Anyways Its been really noticable latley theres been a romour around school that im gay and i have stds of the mouth and my girlfriend has heard this im sure.. But i haven't had sex and im not gay. I tryed telling my mom about this she said you don't have anything on your mouth.

This isnt my primary question but if anyway can tell me what these bumps are it would be great.

Anyways. To the girlfriend part of the story

I walk into school stoned as hell (so those micro tiny bumps were noticable a little noticable) I was sketched the fuck out becuz 3 cops were there when i walked in and i had weed on me.. then time passes and i go see my girlfriend at lunch im all nervous and paranoid because of the fact i could get arrested and about the std rumor floating around..her friends were with her and were starring at the corners of my mouth laughing... my face turned red, (which made it worst cuz it looks like im guilty) and my girlfriend was acting weird as well and just said nothing.. then 2 minutes later she ditches me (which isnt like her) and instead of kissing me like she always does she hugged me then left me.. Then at the end of the day i go see her at the same spot i see her in every day and she wasn't there. then i see a crowd of ppl and i hear her talking.. her sister comes through the lobby entrance and runs towards the crowed whispering "hes just standing right there" giggling and laughing. Although i have no proof it was her it was just too suspicious. Then when i get home i call her and she doesn't answer.. which isn't like her at all and she must of looked at the caller id and said fuck it cuz someone is always at her house.

can anyone give me answer do you think im paranoid? or is my girlfriend really believing this horrid rumor and going to break my heart.

I thought we had something special considering we talk on the phone for an hour almost every day, we hung out at school everyday(cuz shes grounded apparently) and its fucked if she does believe it because she is the most nicest non-judgmental person i have ever met.

How is she about you doing weed?

To me it seems like she was more mad about that then the other things. But seriously just ask her, talk to her. None of us can know for sure. Ask her if the mouth thing bothers her.

1. Coming to school high? Are you serious?? Wow....

2. She might just be busy, dont so crazily quick to judge the situation. The only way to know if she believes the rumors for zure is to ask her face to face.

She knows i smoke and were i live its a tough neighborhood and every i hang out with has been arrested and are thugs.. (i have a clean record). And yes coming to school stoned is stupid but its not uncommon where i live.. in my school ppl come in drunk and high off perc 30's.

knows you do can be different then okay with it and okay with you acting high infront of everyone and her friends?

The point is she didn't care about me being high, she payed more attention to what her friends were doing.. staring at my mouth laughing as if i had herpes or something Which that part isnt paranoia because my friends have been telling me they have been hearing that i have an std from multiple people it just sucks that now that her friends are believing it im afraid that shell believe and ill loose her that's my biggest fear

If she's worried about it, you can always take a STD test.

Yeah, i think she's scared you have a STD.
And that's also why people laugh at you. People with STD's always get alienated.

Weed makes you paranoid.
