I have been talking to this senior girl for a few months now. I had a class with her last semester, but now I barely see her. We text very little. It usually takes her a few hours to respond, or no response at all. I've hung out with her once at her house a while ago. I asked her to my junior prom and she said yes(we're going in march). I have asked her to hang out a few times this past month, and I've gotten a "sorry I can't. I'm busy. I feel really bad. ect ect" Granted she has been sick for about 3 weeks(i know this as a fact) and she does have a lot of extra curricular stuff. We have vacation this week, and she said that she'd hang out with me. I asked her earlier today what day she wants to, and that I have wednesday and thursday off from work but haven't gotten a response yet. I like this girl, but I don't feel that she feels the same way. Should I call her and ask her about it, or wait it out and see what happens. I know she was home, for she commented on stuff on facebook. I may just be paranoid and over thinking this stuff. I do really like her and want to get into a relationship with her. My theory is that she won't be able to hang out because she is sick, but who knows. I really want to call her, but my head is saying that's dumb and it will just make things worst.. help...

I would wait it out. She already agreed to it, so I'd wait to see what she has to say about it.

You could come up with an idea of what you guys can do, though.

Call her once, and just talk to her, maybe it will come up in conversation. You can slide it in there if you'd like.

No more than once, because otherwise you come off as desperate. I'd say wait until tomorrow.

I sent her a text asking her if she's busy, and if I can call her.... 10 seconds after sending that, I feel that it was a bad decision, and I should of just called...........

it was also 20 minutes ago. I feel like saying KATE CHECK YOUR PHONE on facebook. It's happened before that she leaves her phone somewhere in her room and forgets about it for like a whole day. All her friends are like where did kate go?....

Don't do that, you'll definitely come across as desperate.

If she does that frequently, then wait until one of her close friends tells her to check it.
