Any more than 3-4 years is too much, in my opinion.
Right now it may sound like a big age difference, but in 10 years, it wont sounds so big anymore. Anyway, Who am i to talk, I was dating a 30 year old guy not long ago.

I don't see it this way, i think you should just enjoy what you have right now. Thinking too much about the futur will ruin things. Who knows if you'll still together when you're going to be 24? Your situation would probably be a lot different than it is now, so why starting to think about right away?
Honestly, to me age difference doesn't matter much. I almost dated a guy who was like 8 years older to me, it didn't work out but still I feel that age difference shouldn't be much of an issue between two consenting adults, if they love each other.
Well I think in this case it would depend on the individuals in the relationship.
If you're the typical, in dorm college student that likes to go to parties or act super silly and crap, it may not work. But if you're more mature live on your own, serious about college for education, have a job, etc then it will work maybe.
Has he gone to college, have a career or just a job? etc.
