RULES FOR GAME MASTERS (the OP):

• Pick a Genre and Enforce it if people attempt to go off track. You are primarily responsible for what goes on with your game.
• Label the Genre's of the game.
• Stick to a common POV (Point Of View). It get confusing to people to try and read multiple different POVs. State which POV you want to be used in the OP.
• Observe the Grammar and set a default Language to be used.
• Make the Rating of the game known to everyone (preferably in the title).
• No killing off a character unless necessary (ex: If you boot a player out for breaking the rules).
• No Godmoding or Powergaming. While you are in charge, you can't run every single thing.
• Make it known how advanced you want the play to be (armature, semi-lit, or lit). Terms
• Make sure you list what is and isn't allowed in the game as far as terms go (ex: "Slash is okay but no Femslash"). Terms
• If the RP has an original source material (ex: movie, tv show, anime, etc) then please state so in the OP post.
• Describe the plot and setting.
• You are free to use or modify the given character form and perfectly free to create your own. However please post this if you modify it or create your own so that people may feel it out (otherwise you can direct them to the character form post).
• Don't just randomly accept people. Read over their character forms first.
• Feel free to add any extra rules to your own RP if you feel the need.
• The GM must be literate and understandable. No stupid grammar and spelling. You have to be understandable.
• Be specific for those who are new. Make sure everyone is clear on everything before starting.

GENERAL RULES (applies to everyone):

• No Godmoding or Powerplaying or Trolling.
• In order to play, you must first be accepted by the GM.
• Know the Terminology.
• No text speak. Use grammar. If you wish to play, you must be understandable and literate.
• No porn. Even if the game is rated M, no explicit sexual content is allowed.
• Follow any rules the GM comes up with.
• No smilies.
• To show you've read all of the main rules, put Pickles at the top of your Character Form. Otherwise, the GM is not to accept you (pay attention GM's).
• Be sure to stay in character. If you want to say something out-of-character then label it "OOC", preferably at the bottom of you post.
• No super-powerful characters that are indestructible or anything. Give them weaknesses.
• No Mary Sues or Gary Stus. Terms
• No Metagaming. Terms
• No killing off another character unless it's your own or you've already discussed it with the other player.
• If fighting is involved, try to make it at least somewhat realistic within the world of the game.
• If you're in doubt of a spelling, use spell-check.
• Don't go changing the personality of your character. Stay consistent.
• Follow the rules given and the GM's rules. If not, you'll be given a warning.
• No playing another persons character or speaking for a character that isn't your own. You play your character and yours only.
