**** you man military is most important thing in the world, btw, so with your theory, you will have a great economy and alliances, but no military? Every1 would try to conquer you to take your riches! You think that your allies will run and send help? They will send because they are forced to, seeing that you are allies, but they will send little forces as they dont want to loose their army to defend your hopeless country.
Oh and my dream shop is to open a line of cyber cafes and if it works out I wanna try my luck with restaurants
But my parents aint that rich, the problem is, even if I make the money to open my own cafe, it can go crap and I go bankrupt, being filled with loans... Oh the horror...
Well, Greg and his bucketeers have spoken to me. The world does not NEED a military. I also thought Water and AIR was the most important thing in the world. Not a military. Sure, they could attack me and they could probably win. But doesn't the shame feel unbearable when your defeated by the countries citizens and not militia? I mean look at Luxembourg Army = 800 people but no one's touched them. Monaco has not a SINGLE person for their militia no one's touched them. Canada is mostly peacekeeping and is dissed as "pussies." But yet no one's touched us. As a wise man once said. "It's not what you have that counts, it's how you use it." As long as your friendly no one is really gonna give a what you do.

PS. If you think I'm dissing the military, you're wrong. I'm simply saying it is not a necessity nor a MUST. It's just a way to feel more secure. You see Soldiers are like pawns and your the king: You can only summon so much at a time, but in the end isn't it better to prove your own strength rather then others. Because you proved that you can support more then you thought. Life is made up of two humans: Those who do the dirty work and those who get others to do it. One is a man, the other is a coward. You pick and your turn.
