To be honest, Exams are not as scary when you get to do them!
The best thing to do is study hard, and you'll end up with good results!
Don't threat, because i you don't get your expected grades/Results, you can take them agin at college/Six Form (Or whatever is available in your country.)
Well I say finished....I've done all the calculations but haven't written anything about them. Luckily my teacher knows that I was struggling with it and offered to let me have an extra week and extra help. She obviously doesn't know that the whole class was having less trouble than me...... oh well!
Now I should really go to bed. This is what GCSEs do to you, they force you to stay up late and then not get enough sleep to learn properly the next day.
today I had 2 hours of just history coursework!!! sooo boring! and the worse thing is my teacher speaks in monotone! > < I am sooo not looking forward to the exams! BUT BRING ON SUMMER!!!!! I'm also getting the themes for my art GCSE tomorrow...wonder what they will be??? anyone else doing art? I'm finding it hard! I'm getting a C at the mo, and i should actually be finishing up some prep work for it now! hihi, damn internet ;D
GCSE's are the most important thing you do in your life. It controls the rest of your life basically. I Know they seem daunting, but after, you get to pick what YOU want to do in life, not work in MCDonalds for the rest of your life. x
Accually you'd be suprised, GCSE's don't effect the rest of your life, employers will look at them yeah but they won't deny you straight off becuase of it, I only got D's in a majority of my GCSE's I still got into College and I've got a Job, Part time yeah but still, my employer has even said when I had my interview your GCSE's were just a guide line, the real reason we hire people comes out when we interview them, only major companys that pay more than about £25,000 a year ask for decent GCSE, that and the Armed Forces.
Well to be precise the R.A.F ask that you have a atleast 5 C's or equivilants for most of thier Jobs, but they'll train you so you know, the army requires little qulifications unless you plan on having a specialisation such as I.T or something.
GCSE's have some influence on your life yes, but I know people that got poor GCSE's when they left and still have done pretty well for them selves.
Me saying this does not mean you can slack off though!
I've barley been on my laptop to just mess around recently because of stinking course work!!! grr! I feel like i have so much to do, and i have less exams than my friends and more time than them!! ahh! I can just say that i am totally looking forward to summer 2010!!!! <3
i've realised this morning i'm a total idiot! I've just started half term and i said to myself i'm gonna work on my art coursework. I woke up this morning and looked for my sketch book and remembered that i took it in yesterday to do some work and left it at school!!!
