since i graduated in highschool i never really think of entering this university,. it never even crossed my mind.., im from a prestigious school in our place & it was one of the private & catholic school... i have sacrificed a lot... i have a lot of problems in entering this school & i have done so many adjustments.. first was my friends & batchmates was very apart from my school.. they were studying far from our place & aside from me.. they studied again in private schools.. entering in a university like ours was not a really good idea.. cause i encountered many problems.. like.. the chairs are limited only so some of you will stand up for 3 to 2 hours.. and some of them are broken & dirty.. it always mark a stain in my uniform... & the teachers are sometimes absent.. the lessons for me is easy i knew it already cause in my highschool we are sometimes advanced.. & i don't like the uniform especially the color.. i don't like the university cause it's very very wide.. & if you transfer to another department for your next subject i sometimes feel that my skun will be burned-out.. frankly speaking i don't really like having a tanned skin.., & when we are in the classrooms it's very very hot.. it has electric fans but they are not working.. some elec. fan are exclusively for teachers only.., back wen i was highschool all of our classroom are air-conditioned.., and i don't like the way our teachers teach us.. they let us memorize our topic then after that we will have a long quiz.... & i think if your not really that studious person u will fail.. somehow.. i want to gain some learning... & lastly some folks are always asking meh.. why i studied in there where in fact i can transfer to a more good school.. i really hate that they will think my parents are losing some money & they have to let me suffer in that school but deep in my mind it was not the reason.. i have told my parents all my dillemas but they said just endure it.. cause nxt year we will migrate to another country.. & i hate it.. i love my country & i can't possibly think if i will be more happier & contented in another country.. i have no one to shared of... please help me.. do i really have to transfer to another school??.. or not??..

It's hard to understand what you;re asking here, you're bringing up a lot of points.

As I can make it, there are 2 issues: You're unhappy with your current school, and the possibility of a move to another country. Do i have that right?

I think you need some more info, you should get the facts as they pertain to transfers, it's likely different in your country. Then, you'd need to see if you can realistically stay in that new school if your family moves to another country. Get the facts without necessarily making any decisions, and see what works, and discuss it with your folks and see if you all can't come to some agreement.
