There are MANY things you can see in really any telescope. For example,

or even Binoculars.

Keep doing research on any one that you want. Buy some sky charts and have fun. Remember that every dot in the sky is not always a star. Some can be entire galaxies or even planets.

Also: When I took my astronomy class, many people were just doing it for fun, not credits. Beginners astronomy is fairly easy, and is actually not all about stars like most people think. It's about the whole universe.

And Particle Physics / Quantum theory deals with subatomic particles. Like the atoms, protons, electrons, and even Quarks(Smaller than the things that make up the atom) And a lot of modern day physics makes no sense on the subatomic level. A whole new set of physics / theories. Sorry for the long post..I really love this field
I think I have a few times, it was a few months ago and I believe I saw Mars or Venus, one of the two. I know every single night I can see what I think is a satellite as it doesnt flicker like stars and how planets are meant to due to their gravitational pull on objects around them etc I doubt that this one is a planet though, thats another reason I want one, just to look and see this thing close up lol it is there every clear night practically.

Thanks for that info, do you know any brands to look out for that are quality but fairly cheap?

I wouldnt mind doing one online if there is any in the UK, that would be more up my street probably.

I like the sound of what youre studying too, I love thinking about things like those, have you ever seen this video before? If not check it out, it makes me feel so small lol

Biology mostly. Esp. when it's with Genetics.
I also rather liked my Physics class although my teacher always insisted I had my head in the clouds.
Ironically, I was horrible at math.

Hated Geology and Astronomy though. Chemistry was okay... but I tend to not like what hurts me.
Let's just say I had a bad accident with some acid once... good thing it was diluted though.

I was always pretty good at science, made high enough scores in class - probably would have been higher if I did my homework though.

I'm picky about all that I like though. I don't like all aspects of any science, never have.

I find earth science pretty interesting, but I don't like it enough to consider pursuing a career in it. I hate chemistry and physics with a passion
