"Red Storm Rising" by Tom Clancy.
It was fun reading this (since I'm a big Tom Clancy fan and I'm really in to political thrillers), but then it got boring when it suddenly became a school assignment.

"Felizmente há Luar!" , from Luis de Sttau Monteiro. It's a play i had to read for portuguese class. I think if you translate the title wouldv be something like "Luckily, there's moonlight"
