Wow, you must have loads of confidence!
Okay, later I'll record myself on my phone. I'll also try and look from one side to another, thanks for advice!
I remember having to do that, I was really nervous about screwing it up,but I got a C though.
Make sure you know what you're going to say, that way you don't end up forgetting and having to stop and think about what to say next. Also, try practising with some friends beforehand, get them to give you advice on how to improve, good luck

it's alright, to tell me
what you think, about me,
i won't try, to argue,
or hold it, against you.
I get A*'s in most of my speaking and listening things and it really isn't that hard.
Make sure your voice is clear and loud, don't stick your speech right up to your face because that looks stupid. Cue cards are always useful here, although I don't use them.
Must focus on the audience. Big mistakes you can make are looking ONLY at the teacher or just staring down at your speech the whole time. You don't actually have to stare at the audience members though. Just look at the back of the room and switch your view every few seconds from one side to the other.
You must have any sort of positive emotion in your voice, unless it would be suitable to change over to a solemn tone for a couple of seconds. This could be the difference between an A and an A*.
Moving yours hands/a hand for extra effect is also good.
All I can think of right now. I usually just do this, goodluck
Sophisticated ignorance, write my curses in cursive
I get it custom, you a customer
You ain't ‘customed to going through Customs, you ain’t been nowhere, huh?
i'm sure you'll do fine
i completely froze doing my first speaking and listening and i still scraped an A
on the other ones i just imagined the class wasn't there and i was just talking and that seemed to do the trick
also trying to look relaxed and sound confident is half the job
