What AP exams are you guys taking this year? (Sorry for those who are not in the USA, you probably have no idea what I'm talking about).
I'm taking AP United States Government and Politics, and maybe AP Computer Science A (because they no longer offer AB). I'm taking a APGoPo class, but my school doesn't offer AP Comp Sci so I have to do independent study. I have a textbook, got to chapter 5 out of 15 a while back, haven't looked at it much recently... yeah I'm not gonna take it this year probably. I've heard it's difficult.

AP US Gov is a very very simple test. I passed with a 5 and never took a class on it or really studied much. It was that easy, at least in my opinion. Now that I think about it most AP tests really aren't that difficult. But yeah.. They are a bit expensive though.

Um, AP GoPo is considered the easiest exam (not in my opinion though, look up what AP Environmental Science is like, it's all common sense stuff. AP Psychology is pretty easy too), but there are some really insane exams out there. AP Biology and AP Chemistry especially (I don't know about AP Physics, haven't heard much about it). AP Biology, until this year, required so much memorization and reading. It was insane. AP Chemistry is also insane, imagine your first year chemistry course. Now picture it on steriods. I don't care if you took honors, it's still on steriods. And if your school's course isn't on steriods, then you won't get above a 2 on the exam, if that. Lots of these exams are insane.
But back to your point, yes, I'm taking one of the easier exams this year to get my feet wet in this idea. I'll take a ton of these senior year for the hell of it (or for credit, I don't care so much about it, but it's better than nothing!)

I almost took that last year, despite not taking the AP version of the course. Decided against it because 1) I'm lazy and 2) it didn't overly interest me. Some of my friends took it though, they liked it. Now that I look back, I should have really taken it.

I took AP Human least year. It was a joke, really. The only thing that fazes me in the class are the essays.

Taking AP Chem, English and Art History. I don't want to take the Calc AB exam, but my parents are probably going to make me.

That's strange, considering that on average people do worse on it. You are talking about Human Geography, yes?
Yup. I got a 5, easy. It wasn't extremely difficult, it may be because I loved the class.

I took AP Chemistry. I got a 4 on the exam, I think. Chemistry has always been my favorite science. I did the same thing as your doing. I took all the AP courses I could when I was in high school. I got 20 Credits or so in College for them so It's definitely worth it. The hardest for me was AP Calc but I'm terrible at math. I guess that's why I'm taking a non math intensive major.
