No way, but then I didn't have much money when I was young and wanted to spend it on collecting super hero cards (like Overpower) or maybe to get video games.
That said, I was curious, but even if I was very rich it would be tough to work up the courage to try to bribe someone to expose them self like that! It's just not the sort of personality I had I guess.
One would have interesting memories had one done something like that I suppose, but you can't go back in time and change your tendencies.

.....wen i was 9 i payed the girls in my class to let me play wiht them in the girls bathroom i offered money and toys and stuff....they happily went along with it......now that i think abotu it i mgiht be responsible for alot of the slut in my school now
