I think sex is a really important part of a relationship. If it is not working on the sex part, I don't think you can have a healtly relationship. It's also a way to truly trust the person with who you are, and I think you can learn a lot about youself with sex.

Well sex is a good form of exercise, if not one of the best as you burn off loads of calories if it is vigorous, thats how I can see it being healthy.
