But being with adult doesn't equal with maturity. There is many who are mature at 16, but there is some who turns mature at 20. It's up to everyone really.

Okay, you have a point but it's just my view on it. Everyone comes on a different maturity level to me. I am only 13 years old and I am very mature for my age since a lot do say it. My parent's even think I act like a mini adult and I am responsible. but there is just an example of how differently people mature. Everyone's different when it comes to that.

In my personal opionion I think no matter were anyone is from or are at the time both parties must be atleast 16 with only a 2 year age gap either way.

Honestly though, i don't think maturity has anything to do with how high you rate yourself. Being responsible and being mature can be two different things altogether. Judging your own beauty or cuteness or whatnot is different from rating your maturity because, no matter what someone might say, maturity is a trait that tends to be very biased toward the individual (myself included). My mom used to tell me i was quite mature for my age when i was twelve. That doesn't mean much. Simply because you can't rate yourself when it comes to those *types* of things. Imho anyways.

I hate laws they don't enforce but keep them just in case they want to enforce them and use you as an example. I always thought with my luck i will go to jail for music pyracy and age of consent and countless other stupid laws.
