yeah, its if you take too much or if you have some kind of reaction to the medication that shouldn't happen. i've also heard that if it lasts more than 4 hours it can be a sign of disease of some kind, but i don't know what that would be exactly.

The ED pills aren't natural, obviously. They chemically alter your body to send the blood down there. So the erection may last realllly long if your body reacts a certain way to it.

Too little = harm.

So moderate is the way xD

So yeah some take too much thus leading to an hour+ erection which means that something is wrong and they have to see a doctor then.
