Hey, so I was sitting next to my friend (whos a guy) and I got an erection? But I also got an erection over a lady that same day! Does this make me bi or gay?

Erections aren't a very good indication of one's sexuality.

If you seem to have sexual attraction toward him and when he touches himself, then perhaps you are gay or bisexual.
