Oh hey, I've barely posted in here ;-;
I think Teen Forumz is doing pretty good right now.  I think @ NotYourAlibi's mentor idea has been a helpful addition. I see alot more newbie's staying now. Would just like to add also that being a mod really is difficult work, as I was a mod on another site.
You're all doing a great job, including assistants and dedicated advisors etc
