I just changed mine, and they way I did it was to go to tinypic, upload the pic, copy the IM code, then on Teen Forumz go to settings and go to upload signature and paste the code.

but dunno if you need a certain amount of posts in order to have a siggy :/

I don't think you need to have a certain post count.
But i did have it bug out for me. it took me 4 tries before i had mine show up.

As for the uploading of the siggy, put it on a image sharing site like tinypic or imageshack, and paste the link.

or imgur, much better than tinypic... those guys keep deleting everything.
